WEIGHT

I am currently in the I don’t care but would like to be healthy mode. 

When I got weighed at the doctors cause I am currently sick, I quickly glanced at the scale and it said 165… Now being 5’3” and 165lbs is a lot. I do have to think about my boob size too but I want to do something about it. ( I plan to get a kg scale when I go to Japan… so for now, I will just have to weight and workout. :) )

My Plan ( until I graduate):

CW: 165 CBMI: 28.77

GW1: 160 G1BMI: 27.90

GW2: 150 G2BMI: 26.15 OVER WEIGHT

GW3: 140 G3BMI:24.41 MY WEIGHT IN H.S. HEALTHY WEIGHT (MARIAH CAREY WEIGHT)

GW4: 130 G4BMI:22.67 ( BEYONCE KNOWLES WEIGHT)

GW5: 120 G5BMI:20.92( JESSICA SIMPSON WEIGHT)

GW6: 110 G6BMI: 19.18 ( CARRIE UNDERWOOD WEIGHT)

LAST GW: 107 GBMI: 18.66

work on at least two goals a year? I think yes :)
