Todays intake:
Breakfast:
a small bit of rice with Japanese soup thing for rice
Nature Made Women’s Pack of Vitamins w peanut butter
Lunch:
Peanut butter and same as breakfast but with spegetti ( trying to finish it up haha)
Dinner( in picture):
fish, tofu, beans + rice with some soy sauce on the side. and water…. but thats not included in the picture :P
Snack: grapes
P.S. dessert = Apricot
P.S.S. I drank a LOT of water :)
